Tiffany Pompa, M.D.
Tiffany Ann Pompa, M.D. is board certified in Internal medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. Dr. Pompa completed residency in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital, NY. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Drexel University College of Medicine at Philadelphia, PA. She was recognized and awarded a Research Award at the Annual AMA Research Symposium in 2011.
Dr. Pompa is a mentor and skilled researcher in basic science and clinical research. Both driven and analytical with nine years of experience in problem solving and results interpretation. Manager of a team of researchers, author on published articles and skilled in multiple laboratory techniques like PCR and both confocal or electron microscopy.
Her academic work has been published in prominent journals such as Journal of Clinical Oncology, and oral presentations on Oncologic Emergencies; Introduction to Clinical Medicine in Hematology etc. She delivered a series of hematology and oncology core lectures and actively participated in multiple disciplinary tumor boards.
She is an active member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
